Too many of us have felt the frustration of going to the doctor and feeling like they just don’t listen, or they only address the symptoms of the most jarring problem and don’t look at the whole picture. At Elemental Health Primary Care, we provide primary care services including well women care, physical exams, sick visits, diabetes management, DOT physicals, weight loss management, and more, all with attention to detail and a focus on your overall health. Our close connection to our sister clinic, Elemental Health & Wellness, also means easy communication and coordination with mental health providers as needed.
About Elemental Health Primary Care
Elemental Health Primary Care was founded in 2022 after seeing such an overwhelming need for primary care in our Albuquerque community. We see the same necessity among our patients at our sister mental health clinic, Elemental Health & Wellness. Knowing we could bring on like-minded, compassionate primary care providers to our team was the reason for our expansion.
Heather Drager, PA, shares our vision for treating patients both body and mind. As a native New Mexican, Heather has served the medical needs of our community for 20 years and has worked in both big healthcare systems and in private practice, helping her inform her heart for what medicine should be.
Laureli Scribner, NP, joins our team from rural Montana, where she practiced medicine in a rural community for over 20 years. She is passionate about being a family practice provider, bringing holistic, personal care to her patients. She’s very excited to now be living and working in the Land of Enchantment.

Elemental Health Primary Care is located on the east side of town, at 9201 Montgomery Blvd. NE Suite 301 Bldg. 3, Albuquerque, NM 87111. Our hours are 8 am - 4 pm.

When is the earliest that I can be seen?
Due to fluctuating patient volume, wait times are always changing, but we will do our best to get you in as soon as possible. We do offer same day/next day appointments for urgent/sick visits. Please give us a call, and we can give you an updated estimate on how quickly we can get you in.
